Privacy Policy

2. General information on data processing

We only process personal data of our users to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website along with its content and services, or where permitted by a legal basis.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is operated through an external hosting provider (Puaschitz IT GmbH, Austria). When you access the website, our hosting provider automatically collects so-called server log files transmitted by your browser. These include in particular: IP address, date and time of access, the page accessed, and the browser type and operating system used. This data is used exclusively to ensure a secure and stable operation of the website and is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and stable website operation under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Cookies and analytics tools

This website currently does not use any cookies and no third-party analytics, tracking or advertising tools. No user profiles are created and no cross-site tracking takes place. Should this change in the future, we will update this privacy policy accordingly and obtain your consent where required.

5. Contacting us

If you contact us by email or via the contact form on this website, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address and message content) exclusively to process and respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual relationship) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). The data is deleted once it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Disclosure of data

Your personal data is only transferred to third parties where this is necessary to fulfil a contract, where we are legally obliged to do so, or in connection with carefully selected service providers (e.g. our hosting provider) bound by data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR.
